A Special Year-End Message from our Founder Adrian

Hello RockStars,

As we close out another year, it brings me such happiness to look at the community we’ve built together. I can hardly believe that as of 2025, RockSalt will become a teenager and mark its 13th anniversary! 

And like anything that ages, we’ve certainly experienced our growing pains, but with each passing year, we develop, we grow wiser, we get better.

I’m so proud to see how RockSalt has evolved over the years and thrilled that our RockSalt family continues to grow, with the addition of studios in Menlo Park and San Jose to complement our other locations in Redwood City and San Mateo. Plus, even more opportunities are coming your way, so get ready for an exciting announcement early in the new year.

All this expansion and thriving would not be possible without the passion and drive of YOU —clients, instructors, business partners, and of course, beloved friends and family. 

I look forward to another year of seeing many familiar faces coming through the doors of our studios and also welcoming new people who want to improve their physical and mental well-being in a fun, safe, and supportive space.

My family and I hope you’ve had a joyful holiday season and we wish you and your loved ones a fabulous new year ahead.
