We offer three signature formats: Stretch (control + lengthen), Strength (build + tone), and Sweat (get your heart rate up). Pick your favorite—or mix them all!

Classes can be booked online through our website or app. Booking ahead is highly recommended—classes fill up fast.
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Life happens—we get it! Just be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing your class credit and/or incurring a late-cancel fee.
We recommend checking with your doctor first. Please let your instructor know before class so they can offer appropriate modifications.
Yes. And then some. Expect a full-body burn, shaking muscles, and that “I feel taller” feeling when class ends.
We recommend 2–4 times per week for best results—but even one class will leave you feeling stronger and more energized.
Yes! We carry RockSalt-branded merchandise, grip socks, towels, water bottles, and select retail apparel in-studio.
For safety reasons, late entry may not be permitted once class has started. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in. Your session will not be refunded.
