Meet Raquel Gandolfo!
Raquel is one of our amazing instructors at RockSalt Pilates Redwood City. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she discovered her passion for Pilates during the pandemic and fell in love with RockSalt from day one. After three years as a devoted participant, she decided to take the leap and become an instructor when Christine announced openings.
“I’ve always loved working out, but Pilates has a special place in my heart. Teaching at RockSalt has deepened my love for it even more,” Raquel shares. “The community here is incredible, and I’m grateful for the friendships and opportunities it has brought me.”
When she’s not at RockSalt, Raquel is a dedicated medical assistant at Stanford Health Care’s cancer center. She enjoys working out, walking, and spending quality time with friends and family. A travel enthusiast, Raquel’s favorite destinations are New York and Hawaii.
