From collegiate soccer star to one of RockSalt’s standout instructors, Emma’s journey is fueled by her passion for movement and the joy it brings. ♀️ Her classes are all about musically-driven, athletic-based workouts that welcome every fitness level—and her energy is nothing short of contagious.
Outside the studio? Emma’s all about coffee walks, pickleball, and globe-trotting adventures. ☕ Her go-to post-workout fuel? Sushi, gluten-free pasta, or a refreshing smoothie. (Oh, and let’s not forget her love for chocolate and Salt & Straw dairy-free ice cream!)
