For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant RockSalt Franchise, LLC, its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns (“RockSalt”) the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and participation during classes, trainings, workshops, events, or other activities associated with RockSalt (the “Session”).

I grant RockSalt the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, transmit, and license such photographs, video, audio, or other recordings (“Content”) in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, marketing, education, social media, website content, and brand communications, provided such use is not defamatory or pornographic.

I understand and agree that the Content may be edited, cropped, altered, retouched, combined with other images, text, graphics, audio, or audiovisual works, and used in whole or in part at RockSalt’s discretion.

I acknowledge and agree that I have no ownership rights in the Content and that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content belong exclusively to RockSalt. I further agree that I am not entitled to any additional compensation, royalties, or accounting, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Content or its use.

I release and discharge RockSalt from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the Content, including without limitation any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or misrepresentation.

This release is irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual, and shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction nearest to my address from the following: New York, Alberta, England, Australia, or New Zealand, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

I understand that my personal information will not be made publicly available and will only be used as necessary in connection with the licensing, administration, or legal protection of the Content. Such information may be shared with RockSalt’s service providers, licensees, or assignees and may be stored or processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws, solely for these purposes and for as long as reasonably necessary.

I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If the participant is under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
